At Brew Gals Creations, we work hard to package and ship your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
- If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package is delayed or appears lost:
- Check the tracking information.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Reach out to us if you need assistance.
We will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged packaging and items.
We will review the situation and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
Returned Packages
Packages returned to us due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Failure to claim the package
- Refused delivery
may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Other fees imposed by their country
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
